Listen. Connect. Feel your body.

My Story
From a very young age, I felt that my path was meant to be helping people. I have always believed that one of the most beautiful ways to contribute to the world is to support others through their recovery and wellness journey.
When I began studying Physiotherapy in Ecuador, I couldn't have imagined how much this profession would teach me. Over the years, I came to realize that the body always finds a way to communicate with us: first through subtle signs, and when we fail to listen to them, through pain.
That curiosity to understand what lies behind every symptom sparked a desire in me to keep learning. This path led me to Madrid, where I completed a Master's Degree in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy and Chronic Pain Management, alongside continuing my training in biomechanics, neuroscience, and movement therapy.
Later on, I decided to specialize in temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, an experience that ultimately reinforced a concept that defines my approach today: the body does not consist of isolated parts, but rather of a system where everything is interconnected.
My Treatment Philosophy
Every treatment begins with a comprehensive, global assessment. My goal is not merely to relieve pain, but to understand why it developed, identify the factors that sustain it, and support you in regaining movement, confidence, and your overall quality of life.
I firmly believe that recovery is a collaborative process. My role is to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and clinical guidance needed for you to better understand your body and play an active role in your own recovery.
